He clearly knows the marketplace and industry standards and took the time to answer all of the questions that I had throughout our negotiations. It was very evident that selling a vehicle was only one chapter within the relationship that he was searching to develop. I've a huge appreciation of that type of effort as it represents a true partnership, not just a transaction. His passion for the business is extremely evident. That is a difficult trait to train. Frankly I think that a large portion of that is innate to a person's makeup and is some thing to be proud of... it is one the key characteristics I look for when hiring employee here at Nike.
